Sushions Payment Terms

These Payment Terms outline the methods and conditions for completing transactions on the Sushions website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Method

We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. To complete a purchase, you must use this payment service and agree to its terms.

2. Pricing and Currency

All product prices and transaction totals are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion costs or foreign transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied by your financial institution or PayPal. We maintain the right to correct any inadvertent pricing errors on our site.

3. Secure Processing

All payment transactions are handled securely by PayPal’s systems. Your full payment details are encrypted and processed by PayPal; we do not store your complete credit card or bank account information on our own servers.

4. Payment Authorization

When you place an order, you authorize Sushions to charge the full amount of your order (including items, shipping, taxes, and any other applicable fees) to your designated PayPal account. For security purposes, we may require additional verification before processing certain transactions.

5. Taxes and Import Fees

The prices displayed for our products do not include sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or other import fees that may be applicable in your region. The customer is solely responsible for paying all such charges, which are determined and collected by local authorities upon delivery. We cannot estimate or advise on these costs.

6. Order Confirmation

An order is considered officially confirmed and accepted only after both of the following occur:

1.You receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

2.Your PayPal payment has been fully authorized and cleared, showing a “Completed” status in our system.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully finalized or if we identify suspicious activity.

7. Relationship with PayPal

By using PayPal, you agree to abide by the PayPal User Agreement. Any issues, disputes, or claims related to payment processing or PayPal's buyer protection programs must be addressed directly with PayPal in accordance with their policies. We will provide necessary transaction information to PayPal to assist in resolving such matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sushions shall not be held liable for any financial loss, delays, errors, or other issues arising from the use of PayPal's services, including problems related to payment processing, account holds, or disputes managed through PayPal.
